- To advance and champion free, fair and peacefully elections In Kenya
- To eliminate mistrust and suspicion between political parties
- To build trust between the election management body (IEBC) and the Political parties
- To discuss and make recommendations on issues affecting the electoral system.
- Representing political parties in dialogue with RPP in matters concerning regulation of political parties
- Contributing to discussions on legislative proposals on elections and other electoral reforms issues.
- Defusing tension between different political players and candidates to support of the exercise of political rights of citizens
- Preventing and managing electoral related conflicts during elections and by-elections
- Support free and peaceful campaigns and electioneering
- Contribute to and support IEBC and RPP in meeting their obligations to conduct free and fair elections
- Participate actively in all electoral process and provide inputs to the same.
- Participate in all activities and meetings convened for the PPLC by the IEBC and RPP

- Responsible for distributing assets subject to trust terms
- Day-to-day investment management
- Oversee the preparation of appropriate tax returns and all the trust accounting in compliance with state laws
- Communicate with all trust beneficiaries regarding trust business. keep detailed records of all trust business, including accounting records.
- Legal responsibility to reassess the objectives of the trust and current market conditions to be sure that the investments match those objectives
- Understand, and abide by, the terms of the trust unless they are illegal or unconscionable
